Product descriptions, applications, size ranges, welding parameters, images, brand references and technical notes are provided to support preliminary evaluation. Final selection should consider base material, joint design, welding position, current source, storage, operator practice, service conditions and applicable procedures or standards.
Product-specific data, safety information, packing details, compliance references and supporting documentation are available on request through official Kamla Electrodes channels.
3. Quotation requests
Submitting a form, email, WhatsApp message or telephone enquiry does not create a binding order. A quotation becomes commercially relevant only when issued or confirmed in writing by Kamla Electrodes and remains subject to its stated validity, availability, payment terms, taxes, quantity, packing and dispatch conditions.
Direct bulk quotation support generally begins from an enquiry quantity of 50 boxes. Final minimum order quantity may vary according to product, electrode size, brand mix, packing, production planning and destination.
4. Ex-factory and delivered pricing
Unless a quotation expressly states otherwise, prices are ex-factory from the Kamla Electrodes manufacturing location. Under ex-factory supply, freight booking, transit cost, insurance, unloading, local delivery and other logistical responsibilities are borne by the buyer.
A buyer may request a delivered quotation. Where accepted, the selected route and applicable freight or handling cost are included in the commercial rate and form part of the buyer’s total cost. Delivery schedules remain subject to transporter availability, route conditions and events beyond reasonable control.
5. Order confirmation and payment
An order is accepted only after written confirmation by Kamla Electrodes and completion of any required advance, credit approval or agreed payment condition. Product availability, production scheduling and dispatch timing are confirmed against the accepted order.
6. Taxes, packing and documentation
Applicable taxes, statutory charges, packing, special labelling, certificates, inspection requirements and tender documentation are handled according to the written quotation or order confirmation. Requirements not disclosed before confirmation may affect price or lead time.
7. Distribution information
Public cards marked Authorised Distribution Partner represent entries approved for display. Dealer information, stock and territorial coverage may change, and buyers should confirm current availability and commercial terms before purchase. The national enquiry route connects visitors directly with Kamla Electrodes and does not by itself represent an appointment of a dealer or distributor for any territory.
8. Technical and safety responsibility
Technical information is general in nature and does not replace qualified welding-procedure development, engineering review or site-specific risk assessment. Users remain responsible for correct product selection, storage, handling, ventilation, personal protective equipment, electrical safety and compliance with workplace requirements.
